Making it Happen

Michael Kare-Silver

Chapter 15 in Strategy in Crisis, 1997, pp 252-272 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract How do we make it all happen? How do we translate the strategy development into actual bottom-line success? How do we win so well with our customers that they keep coming back for more? We've described in detail what the prime strategic options are and the strategy development process which is most effective. But we need to quickly move on from the strategy formulation to the strategy realisation, we need to turn ideas into results, we need to achieve and reach the stakes we've determined to put in the ground.
