Chapter 4 in A Critique of Orthodox Economics, 1998, pp 51-63 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In previous chapters it was pointed out that modern Walrasian-based neoclassical theory leaves no function for the entrepreneur. He is excluded by three basic assumptions of the theory. These are: perfect competition; perfect knowledge of technology; and the absence of time lags between decisions and outcomes.
