Abstract: Abstract This is not a book of share tips. Nor is it a compendium of investment principles, or a guide to the proper analysing of company shares or government bonds. You will not find much by way of price/earnings ratios, dividend yields or interest cover. The share-price ‘charts’ beloved of so-called technical analysts will be absent. Such topics are covered admirably, some would say over-extensively, in the business section of any good bookshop.
