Abstract:
Abstract Orange County, California, one of the richest in the United States, sits on the Pacific Coast, and abuts Los Angeles to the North and San Diego to the South. The county is one of the politically most conservative in the United State — strong voter sentiment for larger military expenditures (lots of retired naval officers live there), a balanced budget, sending illegal immigrants home, limiting tax increases, and reducing the size of the government.
