Abstract:
Abstract In the majority of companies management processes have been designed to support the efficient replication of what was always done. This has required a formal structure of authority and of responsibilities which came under the heading ‘organisation’. By contrast, a ‘reorganisation’ has been something like redoing the plumbing. A reorganisation process is more successful when it is done in a rigorous manner, keeping in full view structural changes which become necessary because of: innovation in products and services the pulse of the market rapid evolution of technology.
