Abstract:
Abstract Having completed our analysis of the components of the cycles, in this chapter we propose to explore the horizontal measures required to implement PDM and the permanent improvement system. It is possible to identify a series of levels or strata in the implementation, which we represent graphically in pyramid form. We have chosen to call this pyramid, whose three strata indicate the different layers into which any implementation of a PDM system can be decomposed, the knowledge management implementation actions (KIA1) pyramid (Figure 12.1).
