Chapter 13 in Problem-Driven Management, 2004, pp 295-313 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we will establish the starting points for the construction of a KMS (knowledge management system). This is a technological subject and therefore has a specifically contemporary component which we shall try to avoid by not entering into any description of the various products available on the market and concentrating instead on their immanent functional features.
