Chapter 3 in Problem-Driven Management, 2004, pp 44-64 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we make the first application of the ideas on knowledge structure that were introduced in the previous chapters. Our purpose is to reduce the level of abstraction, passing immediately to the sphere of action without having to wait for the full presentation of the model underlying PDM. Specifically, we would like to show the reader how even the small number of concepts that have been presented already shed considerable light on the functioning of certain operations systems.
