Chapter 4 in Problem-Driven Management, 2004, pp 67-96 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Sometimes after analysing the literature, one may think that it is possible to describe improvement phenomena separately from the target of the improvement. This is essentially the viewpoint taken by the quality approach, which considers that the same procedures can be used, for example, both to improve sales and to improve the efficiency of the financial process.
