Abstract: Abstract This last chapter is divided into three sections: (i) a comparative country synthesis, with strong factors and needed improvements (Box 10.1); (ii) key policies for working beyond 60, which include our main recommendations; and (iii) suggested additional policies needed in facing the overall demographic challenge.
