Abstract:
Abstract There is little doubt that some of the main employment trends observed over the last two decades constitute very favourable factors for work beyond 60. The development of services as a key factor of the modern economy has radically altered the existing work environment and in some respects created an entirely new one. Today four out of five workers are performing a ‘service’ job (Figure 4.1).
