Abstract:
Abstract Just as the paradigms in terms of which management are being conceptualised are undergoing change so too the conceptions of management education, and, indeed, of education itself is undergoing a fundamental change. We are moving away from top down theoretical practices of education to more experimentally grounded views of education.
