Abstract: Abstract This chapter concludes the book by summarizing the characteristics of our theory of utility attrition from the perspectives of macroeconomic and microeconomic theory, and presents some material that may help readers gain a better understanding of our framework. We also discuss some important issues—such as underemployment equilibrium analysis—that we have been unable to consider in sufficient detail in this book.
