Chapter 9 in Learning at Work, 2005, pp 191-205 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract That people learn in different ways, have different preferences and choices is both self-evident and well established. The coach, trainer or other facilitator will hopefully have a number of processes to choose from and adapt to the needs of the learner. Those styles and processes have been discussed in detail in this book, but are they sufficient for the wide cultural mix which exists in many workplaces?
