Chapter 6 in Alliances and Co-Evolution, 2005, pp 144-156 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this final chapter we seek to provide a response to the question ‘Do Strategic Alliances Add Value?’ as posed at the start, and a leitmotiv of the book. The definition of a strategic alliance as posited in Chapter One is revisited and revised. A summary of the contribution of this research to academic knowledge and the practice of alliances is provided. As a result of findings in this research, further research into the infrastructure alliance and into the co-evolution model is proposed together with some suggestions for a future research agenda.
