Chapter Chapter 5 in The Reflecting Glass, 2001, pp 58-69 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the last chapter, we provided snapshots of our development coaching work in the form of selected case studies. In this chapter, we aim to place these snapshots in a wider context by describing the underlying ‘macro process’ employed to provide structure and rigour in our work with clients (as distinct from the ‘micro process’ within each coaching session). In particular, this macro process is intended to support the purposive nature of development coaching described in Chapter 3 and to permit demonstration of both an individual and organisational benefit from the investment by the organisation.
