Abstract: Abstract Guangdong’s power industry has developed rapidly over the last few decades. However, as Guangdong’s economy has been growing at an even faster pace, the shortage of electricity was not eased until 1997. Driven by strong demand, electricity supply capacity has increased significantly over the last two decades.
