Chapter 14 in Emotional Impact, 2001, pp 137-148 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract We believe two things need to be said to put this section into perspective. First, there is no easy or simple route to increasing our ability to operate as fully authentic human beings. Second, even if there were, it would not in and of itself enable someone to be as effective a leader as those we have talked to, since clearly they possess a number of other critical qualities.
