Chapter 4 in Strategic Stress Management, 2000, pp 65-107 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The interactive model of stress described in Chapter 3 specifies that we need to identify, measure and understand three separate issues, including: 1. sources of stress (that is, the stressors) that exist in the environment; 2. the moderators or mediators of the stress response (that is, those individual differences which shape our response to stress); 3. outcomes or the manifestations of exposure to a source of stress.
