Chapter 10 in Mentoring, 2004, pp 73-90 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter deals with the process and planning phase of a mentoring scheme, starting from the point where the go-ahead has been given and the key stakeholders are engaged. The important issues then become the mechanics of recruiting participants for the programme, that is, the mentors and the mentees, and the support processes which need to be in place to enable the scheme to run smoothly.
