Chapter 11 in Mentoring, 2004, pp 91-98 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract For many schemes, and scheme managers, the process of matching mentees with mentors is potentially one of the most problematic. There are many issues to consider around how the matching should be done, what criteria should be used, what happens if it does not work and how transparent the process should be. The topic of matching also appears in Part IV of this book, where it is considered from the perspective of the participants.
