Chapter 16 in Mentoring, 2004, pp 145-147 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This part of the book has primarily been written to help those taking part in a mentoring relationship to learn from the experience of others. It will, however, be equally applicable for those setting up and running schemes or those wanting to train mentors and mentees in how to derive maximum benefit from the mentoring relationship.
