Chapter 3 in Mentoring, 2004, pp 25-25 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Part II of the book explores the various definitions which abound around mentoring and clarifies where the boundaries would be drawn by the practitioners who were involved in the Henley Mentoring Focus Group. As can be seen in the general developmental arena, ‘mentoring’ can have many different interpretations, depending upon the background and context in which it is being used.
