How Banks See the Future
Steven I. Davis
Chapter 12 in Bank Mergers, 2000, pp 113-120 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Our last question to each of our interviewees was their view of the future merger prospects. What had they learned from their own merger experience that might drive their own future behaviour? How did they view the merger strategies of their peers and competitors? And perhaps most important of all, had banks learned from their merger experience, and how might that experience drive future merger behaviour?
