Abstract Macroeconomic balances are not objectives to be pursued for their own sake, but they are crucial for achieving a more dynamic development with equity. This is why it is so important to learn how these balances are obtained, how sustainable and comprehensive they are, and how consistent they are with macrosocial balances.
