Abstract:
Abstract The image of the psychologist as noted in the foreword remains in most people’s view locked in Dr Freud’s Vienna consulting rooms. Psychologists are seen to be prurient “mittle Europeans” trying to explore your repressed unconscious. Psychology is seen as a one-to-one, largely therapeutic business. And psychologists are often thought of as a bit weird.
