Abstract:
Abstract Anyone who works with young people will tell you that “self-esteem training” certainly works. Young people, it seems, have complete confidence in their own abilities and charm but more particularly in their rights. They can be very difficult to manage. Like moody teenagers, they lurch between arrogant hubris and self-conscious humility. They often behave differently with “members of the public”, being low on charm.
