Abstract: Abstract Some have wondered, not without irony, whether it makes sense to even attempt to manage this wild horse of innovation. Although technical innovation relies on the unpredictable act of creation, management tools can be used to help develop more informed judgements on specific aspects along the idea-to-market process.
