The Crucial Human Factor

Georges Haour

Chapter Chapter 7 in Resolving the Innovation Paradox, 2004, pp 109-125 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The critically important quality of output of innovation projects is a direct function of the talent and motivation of the staff who carry them out. A motivated researcher not only does research, but also finds new approaches and solutions. Without motivation, the innovation engine burns investment money without producing any useful output.
