Chapter Chapter 22 in The Bending Moment, 2005, pp 196-204 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Without a doubt, when you ask any employee how the organization can improve its operations, the answer will include better communication. This may be true but from experience I would suggest it is often a reflection of the reality. To some extent poor communication is a weak excuse for those who choose not to find the answers they desire. In the many cases it is likely that poor communications both vertically and horizontally in organizations is responsible for some problems.
