Chapter Chapter 11 in WOMEN leading, 2005, pp 170-179 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract You know how when you’ve read some books, you think, ‘oh that was interesting’, put the book down and think nothing more about it? Well in ending this book I didn’t want it to be the sort of thing you leave lying under the bed, stuffed in a cupboard or rediscovered five years later in a box of odds and ends. I wanted it to be an inspirational book and to offer everyone something that was relevant to their own lives. Clearly, depending on your own personal situation, whether you’re working or not, married, have children, in a relationship or where you live in the world, your circumstances will be so totally different from other women, (and men) reading the book, so I’ve tried to include some really inspirational quotes and advice from women in this last chapter.
