Abstract:
Abstract The need to maximize the use of outsourcing to improve financial, operational, and management performance has never been greater. Historically, the primary reason for outsourcing has been to reduce operating costs and this remains a primary factor. However, now outsourcing has become an important element of business performance transformation, which concentrates resources on core competences and aligns all resource decisions with key business strategies.
