Abstract: Abstract Adrian Norwich is a marketing manager at an aviation company who reported directly to Andrew Reed, the sales and marketing director, until a deputy director, Jeremy Harding, was brought in. He felt put out by the fact that he was one level below; this feeling was exacerbated by the fact that three others in his team continued to report to Andrew.
