Bridging the gap

Peninah Thomson, Jacey Graham and Tom Lloyd

Chapter Chapter 5 in A Woman’s Place is in the Boardroom, 2005, pp 87-110 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Most of the time being joint authors poses no problems. We are friends, and we both believe passionately that major companies need more women on their boards. We have the same outlook on most matters connected with the subject and, although we argue and debate with each other, we usually end up seeing things in much the same way, certainly as far as this book is concerned. In other words, most of the time, the first person plural suits us just fine.
