Abstract:
Abstract As explained in the previous chapter, secondary sources are normally the first to be consulted in intelligence-gathering programmes. They vary in usefulness, timeliness and accuracy but they represent a relatively low-cost and sometimes a reasonably comprehensive method of acquiring intelligence.
