Abstract:
Abstract The enterprise programme management capability check (PMCC) takes the form of a 60-point questionnaire which assess your organisation’s capability around each area of the framework. By answering each of the 60 questions you can begin to gain an understanding of your organisation’s programme management capability. It is often useful to get a number of people in your organisation to complete the questionnaire, to gain different perspectives of your situation.
