Abstract:
Abstract In the course of working with many clients across the globe, Deloitte is often asked to review existing programmes and to articulate the reasons they are not delivering the results that were anticipated. We have summarised our experience from a number of these situations to establish a set of practical suggestions that could help to drive success in programmes. In this section, we outline some practical considerations concerning strategic portfolio management, programme architecture and programme delivery management.
