Programme delivery management

David Williams and Tim Parr

Chapter 4 in Enterprise Programme Management, 2004, pp 31-42 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract If strategic portfolio management is largely about ‘what’ organisations should do to deliver strategy and policy through investments, then programme delivery management is about ‘how’ to deliver. The focus of programme delivery management is therefore on delivering maximum business benefits from the investments made through multiple projects.
