Chapter 13 in Organizational Stress, 2005, pp 131-142 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract It was noted earlier in this book that the most successful approach for stress management is to adopt a more holistic approach by focusing on the overall well-being of staff. Enlightened companies recognize the importance of a healthy and satisfied workforce as a means of attracting and retaining staff, and achieving enhanced performance through enabling them to withstand the pressures associated with modern life.
