Committing to Action

Jane Cranwell-Ward and Alyssa Abbey

Chapter 26 in Organizational Stress, 2005, pp 239-247 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract If all the New Year’s resolutions and all the promises made for better health habits were kept, the world would be a very healthy, stress-free place. Unfortunately, there is a human tendency to slip into quite unhealthy habits when it comes to exercise, diet (including caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine), sleep, proper relaxation, attitude adjustment, and acceptance (see Chapter 25).
