Chapter 27 in Organizational Stress, 2005, pp 248-254 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Part V has looked at stress from an individual perspective, with a view also to helping individuals to understand and help others’ stress. This chapter will summarize the key themes in a question and answer format that, it is hoped, will be helpful for readers to review this section of the book, as well as to be a stand-alone source of information and guidance.
