Abstract:
Abstract Until recently stress was viewed as a sign of weakness and few people would admit to their employers if they were suffering from excessive stress. Fortunately, the more enlightened organizations in the UK have left behind the macho view that stress is for wimps, taking the lead from the US who, for some time, has been taking the situation more seriously.
