Abstract:
Abstract Once the diagnostic foundation is in place, the design phase of STRATEGY can proceed. To be effective, the full complement of all steps of the design phase need to be put in place, starting with the statement of a new vision and ending with a statement of the results the STRATEGY proposes to achieve.
