Barrie Gilliatt
Chapter 10 in The Challenge of Change in EU Business Associations, 2003, pp 123-135 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:

Few people have problems with the first two; many of us have concerns with the latter. And herein lies the challenge for the chlorine industry – do the benefits of chlorine chemistry outweigh the disadvantages?
