Abstract: Abstract The focus of the study on which this chapter is based was the leading research-based global pharmaceutical companies,1 therefore generic manufacturers, parallel importing companies, biotechnology-oriented companies and pharmaceutical service providers were excluded, apart from one leading biotechnology company, which was included in the sample for the purpose of cross-checking.
