Storytelling
Nicholas Bahra
Chapter 12 in Competitive Knowledge Management, 2001, pp 176-189 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter looks at the concept of storytelling in business. At first, I wondered what relevance, if any, this had to knowledge management and business in the new economy. After reading documents supplied by David Snowden, Director at IBM’s Knowledge Management Institute and also listening to a recording of his speech delivered to the MBA alumni at the University of Bath (Snowden, 2000), I realized how important this area is, especially to the people at IBM.
