Chapter Chapter 10 in A Woman’s Place is in the Boardroom, 2008, pp 113-122 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract This book is based mostly on what we’ve learned from the mentors and mentees who have actively participated in the FTSE 100 Cross-Company Mentoring Programme and from our own experiences as leaders of the program. Insofar as it describes the program and what we and the participants have learned from it, it should, therefore, be seen as a snapshot of the position in early 2008 when the program had been running for a little over three years.
