Unmanaging Ourselves
Theodore Taptiklis
Chapter Chapter 11 in Unmanaging, 2008, pp 196-221 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract At last, I think, we are in a position to draw together the threads of all of the foregoing discussion in order to try to make up the fabric of a new management practice for organizations. We might perhaps preface this intention by describing the aims of this practice as making the fullest use possible of the talents and capabilities of all of the organization’s members, not only for the pursuit of the organization’s present purposes but also for the development of creative and original responses to the complexities of the societies that they serve.
