Guiding facilitation events

Bettina Büchel and Ivan Moss

Chapter Section 3 in Facilitating Groups to Drive Change, 2007, pp 57-98 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract We have proposed a model of how successful facilitation is dependent upon successful completion of three key steps — event planning, guiding an event and post-event implementation. In this section, we explain the key elements required to guide a facilitation event effectively and so to create momentum for change.
