Abstract:
Abstract In an attempt to develop a hermeneutic to help define the wide range of female and male identities in the world of upper management, we created four areas of analysis corresponding to their predominant feelings. In reality there is nobody who corresponds wholly to one of these models, but depending on the stage in the life cycle and the complexity of the organizational network, a female manager may feel closer to one model or another, depending on circumstance.
